Stephen Sanderson will be using all of his muscles to support people living with muscular dystrophy! Stephen will be competing in the Whistler Ironman on July 30th, 2017 completing a 3.9km swim, 180km bike ride, and finishing the 42.2km run in FULL FIRE FIGHTER GEAR! Ironman’s are one of the most physically challenging competitions in the world that require months upon months of training, strap on an extra 45lb pounds and now you have a real challenge! Stephen is swimming, cycling and running for those who can’t!
Please support Stephen as he moves his muscles to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
With starting points in Winnipeg and Steinbach Manitoba riders will once again rumble the highways on motorcycles, in muscle cars, and more! All in support of raising funds and awareness for Muscular Dystrophy Canada – Manitoba Chapter. The riders will all meet in Morden MB for a wrap up BBQ hosted by Morden Fire Fighters. This year’s ride is in memory of Joshua “Squirt” Desender – an incredible young man who we lost too soon.
New this year we are excited to have pre and post events happening.
We would like to formally invite you to the 15th Annual Alberta Family Retreat! This year the Family retreat will take place on Friday September 22nd to Sunday September 24th, 2017 at Camp Health Hope and Happiness. We are excited that we are able to provide the opportunity to have families from across Alberta come together and meet one another to share experiences.
