To show their support for people with neuromuscular disorders, St. Albert Fire Fighters are organizing their 7th annual Rooftop Campout to raise awareness and funds to help ‘make muscles move’.
A Rooftop Campout is a fundraising event where local Fire Fighters camp on the roof of a building, enduring below freezing temperatures, inclement weather, and whatever else nature throws their way, and collect donations from the public to support Muscular Dystrophy Canada. The money raised by St. Albert Fire Fighters will help to improve the quality of life for people with neuromuscular disorders by purchasing mobility equipment, providing support services, and funding research, which will one day lead to a cure.
St. Albert Fire Fighters will be hosting a online virtual auction. You can have fun bidding on the items at their online virtual auction at www.stalbertfirefighters.com. New items are added weekly.
They will be hosting a Boot Drive at INGLEWOOD SAFEWAY on February 11 and 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
EAST SIDE MARIOS and St Albert Fire Fighters will co-host an evening of fun where St. Albert Fire Fighters become your servers on February 16, 2017.
Help support the St. Albert Fire Fighters efforts in raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
Donate at ANY local fire hall, or visit the Fire Fighters camped on the Roof with your donation.
