Fredericton Fire Fighters Ladder Sit
Jun 14 – Jun 16 all-day

Join the Fredericton Fire Fighters as they celebrate their 20th anniversary of the Ladder Sit for Muscular Dystrophy Canada. For apx. 60 hours, a Fire Fighter will be sitting in a bucket 100 feet in the air, while Fire Fighters/volunteers below will be collecting funds in their boots.

Oromocto Professional Fire Fighters Ladder Sit
Jun 15 – Jun 16 all-day

Once again, the Oromocto Professional Fire Fighters will be organizing their annual Ladder Sit for Muscular Dystrophy Canada. For apx. 32 hours, A Fire Fighter will be sitting in a chair 100 feet in the air, while Fire Fighters/volunteers below will be collecting funds in their boots.

Fire Fighters and corporate supporters from northern New Brunswick will be competing to see which team of 8 can pull a 35,000 lb fire truck a 100 feet the fastest. This event takes place during the Salmon Festival.
