Thanks to the hard work, generosity and fundraising efforts of community volunteer Chapters, certain chapters in Canada now operate a local Community Services Fund (CSF).
A CSF is intended to financially complement the existing regional services program and allow for some flexibility through the local Chapter.
Through this fund Chapters can assist persons with neuromuscular disorders within their community, who are registered with Muscular Dystrophy Canada and a member of a Community Volunteer Chapter.
You can now download a CSF application for Chapters offering the program. The application form also outlines funding priorities and guidelines specific to each Chapter:
