Our 2015 Atlantic Walks for Muscular Dystrophy ended with a great final event in St. John’s on September 12th! To date, we have raised more than $200,000 at Walks in Atlantic Canada this year!

NL-Rosemary Norman(St. John’s Walk)
PE-Krista Ahern (Charlottetown Walk)
The atmosphere at all of the Quebec Walks was celebration and joy. Sunshine and music filled every event – professional singers or DJs at each Walk made for wonderful events where everyone had fun. Participants also came in larger numbers, which tell us that this event has become more and more popular. The highlights of the 2015 Walk season were undoubtedly a balloon release in memory of a participant who left us, a Wheelchair race, a rally, super energetic animators, a trio of musicians, dancing firefighters and lots of adorable mascots!
