Muscular Dystrophy Canada is dedicated to helping people with a neuromuscular disorder access post-secondary education or training. By providing a variety of scholarships and bursaries for you to choose from, we hope to support you in achieving your goals.

Thanks to the support of the Kit Davison Endowment Fund and the BC/Yukon Firefighters, Muscular Dystrophy Canada is offering these opportunities to support your pursuit of post-secondary education.

  • BC/Yukon Fire Fighters' Helping Hand Bursary

    As a part of the commitment made by Fire Fighters to people living with neuromuscular disorders, the BC/Yukon Fire Fighters will use money raised at the annual BC/Yukon Fire Fighter Conference to fund a scholarship to support those wishing to further their education.

  • Kit Davison Endowment Fund

    Since its inception, the bursary has been awarded to 81 people and distributed nearly $70,000 for books, tuition, and other expenses that contribute to the high cost of education.
